Dr. Pullen,

I thought you might be interested in seeing what a great job you did on RJ. It's been a little over a year since his surgery to repair the shattered bones in his leg and nine months since you removed the plate. He's doing fabulous. He is healthy, happy, very energetic and athletic. His leg doesn't hinder him whatsoever. We take him and his brother (Chili) for runs in the desert (which he loves) and I'm planning to take him quail hunting this fall. He's a wonderful boy and has filled our lives with so much love. Thank you so much for your care and expertise in gettng him mended. You and your staff were so wonderful to RJ and to us. We felt more like we had friends tending to him than just medical staff. My wife, RJ, Chili and I live about 20 miles southeast of Tucson and feel the drive to Scottsdale was a small price to pay knowing RJ would be in such great hands.

Today is Buster's birthday and he celebrated with a Krispy Kreme doughnut with sprinkles (only once a year!) Even though he's still groggy from surgery, he still knows how to party! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did to save Whoopi's life. I feel very fortunate to have found Animal Medical and Surgical Center. I may not have had such luck with Whoopi had I been somewhere else. The care you give the animals at your hospital is by far the best I have ever seen. You nurture each and every animal as if they were the only patient there. I have seen all of you care for the animals better than I have seen some human patients cared for at hospitals.

I truly don't know how to thank you enough for the extra effort you put in to save Whoopi. She and Kitty are like children to my husband and me. I left there each night after visiting with her and I never worried how she was being cared for when I was not with her. You all are so kind and so caring and I think Whoopi has been blessed to have been in your knowledgeable and loving hands.

Dear Dr. Pullen and staff:

Classy and her family want to say thank you for the wonderful care she received. Classy is pretty much back to being herself (or said another way, running the house!). Over the years, Alan and I have dealt with many veterinarians and their staff and we have never been treated with such kindness. The care given Classy was not only excellent, but also so gentle and kind. It makes one feel good to know that you and your staff love our Classy as much as we do.
