Critical Patients
We have an organized system for the provision of care to critically ill patients through intensive, skilled nursing care, and enhanced capacity for monitoring those critically ill patients. Our ICU is staffed with fully trained personnel working under direct supervision of an attending veterinarian 24/7. Besides advanced diagnostics, non-invasive monitoring, oxygen support we are equipped to perform emergency surgeries like Bloat (GDV), GI foreign bodies, acute abdomen, splenectomies and stabilizing musculoskeletal injuries. We closely work with your veterinarian and specialist in the field to provide what’s best for your pet. We have readily available blood and blood products for transfusion needs, antivenin for snake envenomation. Life-threatening emergencies including cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, gastrointestinal, urogenital, neurologic, environmental, hematologic, hemorrhagic, toxicologic and coagulopathic problems can happen during any hour of the day and we are here to help you and your pet 365 days a year.
Transfer Patients
Postoperative care is critical and equally important for successful outcome. Pets that need additional monitoring or overnight care following elective surgeries for pain relief, fluid support can count on us. We closely work with your veterinarian to do the right thing in the best interest of your pet. We partnered with several hospitals in North Scottsdale area to serve postoperative needs for your pet at a discounted rate. Please check with your veterinarian regarding this service.
