Radius/Ulna Fracture Repair

Radius/Ulna Fracture Repair: Radial/ulnar fractures are often seen in small breed dogs, but can be seen in any age or size pet who has suffered trauma. Unlike traditional fracture repair, we have the ability to use fluoroscopy as well as digital radiology to perform minimally invasive fracture repair of many radial/ulnar. Performing this repair in a minimally invasive manner is generally associated with shorter hospitalization, less pain, quicker recovery and possibly fewer complications. The growth of minimally invasive surgery (MIS) in orthopedics has been dramatic in small animal surgery which has improved patient care.
